Tanya Churan
Front Office and Marketing

Tanya joined Encore Vision Centers in February 2008. Her background has been in the mortgage/real estate industry for the past 10 years. While working in that industry, her main focus was sales and account management as well as building strong relationships with clients and team members. After having experienced a companywide layoff, Tanya decided to direct her focus on another career path, therefore accepting a position with Encore Vision Centers. Tanya has recently joined with Dr. Bridgewater to develop a marketing campaign for the practice and assist in growing the practice into a well diversified and respectable business.

Tanya moved to the valley in 1998 from Pittsburgh, PA . She enjoys spending time her friends and family. Tanya enjoys travel, wine, reading, exercising and is an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.

Roseann Johnson
Optician

Roseann joined Encore Vision Centers in the summer of 2007 and has become a very important asset to the practice. She has been an ABO board certified Optician for 18 years and has very extensive knowledge and a unique expertise when it comes to eyewear. Roseann has worked in various office settings ranging from large retail shops to small private practices. She has a special talent for helping patients choose their eyewear and she takes pride in making sure the patient is always 100% satisfied with their product and service. Roseann will always go the extra mile for her patients and will do her best to meet the patient’s requests.

Roseann moved from New York with her daughter 38 years ago and has been living in the valley since. She enjoys hiking, going to the movies and spending time with her grandkids. Roseann has also been a permanent make-up artist for 3 years.

Kristy Nuzzi
Technician

Kristy joined Encore Vision Centers in October 2008. Kristy recently moved back to her home in the valley after spending some time in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kristy enjoyed a unique experience working for the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) in Las Vegas. Her primary passion, however, has always been in the fashion/ interior design industry. She is currently running a small side business doing home and office organization along with interior decorating. Kristy has been a great addition to Encore Vision Centers and is looking forward to contributing to the growth of the practice. She has really taken the time to get to know the patients and genuinely cares about their needs.

Kristy grew up in Phoenix and currently lives with her boyfriend and their black lab, Lady. She enjoys shopping, yoga, reading, travel and wine.

Gail Nuzzi
Office Manager

Gail joined Encore Vision Centers in the North Scottsdale location in April 2007. She had worked with Dr. Bridgewater previously in the Tempe location, prior to Dr. Bridgewater moving his practice. Gail has been working in the eye care profession for over 10 years. She has multiple areas of expertise including working as a technician, sales and her most recent position, managing the office. Gail has vast knowledge with regards to contact lenses, including the specialty contact lenses that Dr. Bridgewater specializes in. Our patients have tremendous respect for Gail as she always goes above and beyond for the patients care and service. She takes great pride in her work and has a great amount of patience and dedication and is always helping her co-workers achieve a higher level of education in the eye care field.

Gail was born in Pennsylvania and has lived in Arizona since she was 6. She has a house full of pets which include a turtle, bird and cats that she loves and adores. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
